2008 CAMPGROUND AND RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Established by Resolution 2002-11; Section C-l Pursuant to Ordinance 2002-01.

These rules are in place to facilitate your safety and enjoyment while visiting our park. Please contact the manager if you have any questions.

  1. Occupancy per site: One (1) camping unit, one (1) vehicle with two (2) persons.
    NOTE: A DAILY Additional charge of $ 4.00 per person per night in units.
  2. Check in: 3 to 6 PM. Check-out: 11 AM. A rate of 3.00 per hour applies to late check-outs.
  3. There will be NO Refunds, Pro-rated Rates or Carry-overs.
  4. Please use plastic trash bags, no loose garbage or trash.
  5. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10 PM TO 9 AM.
  6. NO Consumption of alcoholic beverages in Public areas of campgrounds
  7. NO PUBLIC INTOXICATION OR DISORDERLY CONDUCT WILL BE TOLERATED.
  8. PLEASE DO NOT LITTER WITH CIGERETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUNDS
  9. Boat Launching and Overnight slips are an additional charge. (SEE RATES SHEET)
    PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND USES:
    1. NO SMOKING IN APARTMENTS OR RENTAL UNITS, (IF APPLICABLE).
    2. NO UNLEASHED PETS. NOTE: Please clean-up after your pets.
    3. NO Tying pets to any object and or left alone.
    4. NO Commercial or business operations.
    5. NO Unaccompanied and unsupervised children under the age of 18.
    6. NO USE of firearms, fire works, or any form of weapon
    7. NO Discharge of sewage or waste water in other than approved locations
    8. NO Disturbances that become a nuisance to others at any time of day or night.
    9. NO More than one (1) camping unit and one (1) vehicle per site
    10. NO Ground and open fires of any kind
    11. NO External washers, dryers, freezers or electric equipment that is not a part of camping unit.
    12. NO Litter placed in other than containers provided:
    13. NO Operation of generators and other power sources.
    14. NO regard for posted signs: They are for you safety and protection
    15. NO Exterior lights over 25 watts
    16. NO SWIMMING in the marina or campground.
    17. NO Cleaning fish or game in other than designated stations
    18. NO alterations to the property
    19. NO Clothes lines that are not a part of your camping unit.
    20. NO Washing or mechanical maintenance to any vehicle
    21. NO Use of motorcycles or ATV's for transportation within the park.

We hope your stay with us will be a safe and enjoyable experience.
I have read all the rules and fully understand the above and agree to abide by them.
If any of the above rules are not followed I will be asked to leave immediately and no monies will be refunded.
